How the repair process works

- We confirm whether the equipment is within our service scope and arrange workshop drop-off.
- We diagnose the fault and prepare a cost estimate.
- Repair starts only after your approval.
- We calibrate and test the equipment before collection.
Current service scope
Workshop repair is currently available for FDM 3D printers, automatic material systems including AMS units, and filament dryers/dehydrators. Resin printer servicing is not currently available. Online consultation and training can be provided internationally.
