Pricing & scope
Work beyond the agreed package is charged at €40/h + VAT. Small-series parts are charged per piece, separately from package L. We confirm the scope, deliverables and timeline in writing before work starts.

Service details & repair process
Workshop service covers selected FDM printers, AMS and other automatic material systems, and filament dryers. Resin printer repair is not currently available. Online consultations are available internationally.
- Send the manufacturer, model and a short description of the issue.
- We confirm the service scope, diagnostic costs and workshop appointment.
- You receive an estimate; repair begins only after your approval.
- The equipment is tested before collection.

Before you book a repair
Workshop repairs are available by prior arrangement. Each request is assessed individually based on the device, technical feasibility and available equipment. Send the model, fault description and photographs if available. Diagnostic costs are agreed in advance, and repairs start after approval of the estimate. Pricing is on request.
