How the repair process works

  1. Contact us with the manufacturer, model and a description of the problem.
  2. We confirm whether the equipment is within our service scope and arrange workshop drop-off.
  3. We diagnose the fault and prepare a cost estimate.
  4. Repair starts only after your approval.
  5. We calibrate and test the equipment before collection.

Current service scope

Workshop repair is currently available for FDM 3D printers, automatic material systems including AMS units, and filament dryers/dehydrators. Resin printer servicing is not currently available. Online consultation and training can be provided internationally.
